Program Description
The Administrative Support Assistant program prepares individuals to provide administrative support under the supervision of office managers, executive assistants, and other office personnel. Courses include: Introduction to Computer Literacy, word processing, and office procedures.
Admission Requirements
- Submit completed application and application fee
- Be at least 16 years of age
- High school diploma or GED are not required
BUSN1440 Document Production: Students enrolling in BUSN1440 Document Production are required to take a typing test indicating the ability to key at least 25 words per minute accurately, or successfully pass BUSN1100 Introduction to Keyboarding with grade of "C" or better.

After passing the online typing test, contact the CAP Center or Academic Affairs (770) 228-7348 or (877) 897-0006 to register for the course.
Please provide your name, Student ID, the semester you want to enroll in BUSN1440 Document Production, and the CRN of the course. If you do not pass the online typing test, you will need to register for BUSN1100 Introduction to Keyboarding.
The following is a suggested path to complete this program in a timely manner. An individual’s path to completion may be different based on institutional and personal factors affecting his/her academic progress.
